Services
Community Connect
Community Connect is a North Dakota program that provides support to individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. It offers care coordination and access to housing, employment, and community resources to help individuals achieve stability and independence.
Free Through Recovery
Free Through Recovery is a North Dakota program that supports individuals involved in the justice system who have behavioral health needs. It connects participants to care coordination and peer support services to promote recovery, reduce recidivism, and improve overall well-being.
Our Vision
We envision a North Dakota where people receiving care coordination and peer support feel respected, empowered, and better able to navigate their health, services, and daily lives.
Prairie Rose Services works toward a future where barriers are reduced, hope is restored, and everyone has the opportunity to build a stable, meaningful life.
